This is an official Game of Thrones® licensed product. 

Cersei's twin brother and the Lord Commander of the Kingsguard, it was he who slew the Mad King in violation of his oath to protect the royal family. After Jaime was captured by Catelyn Stark, Brienne of Tarth escorted him back to King's Landing. Jaime lost his sword hand to Roose Bolton's henchman, Locke, along the way. This adult collectible is officially licensed from HBO®'s hit series Game of Thrones® and is an edition strictly limited to 2500 pieces. It includes a display plaque and a certificate of authenticity.

The Game of Thrones® Collection is a series of collectible weapons and armor painstakingly recreated from the actual props used on HBO®’s hit fantasy epic Game of Thrones®. The officially licensed collectibles are made from the highest quality materials and have been crafted with special attention to reproduce the authentic details found on the props.

It's as sturdy as it is beautiful!
"A couple other reviews here have said that this sword is less sturdy than they had hoped for, but the pieces of the hilt and pommel fit together great on mine! Even after swinging the sword around as fast as I possibly could, not only did it all hold together, but there wasn't even the slightest hint of a wobble or rattle from any part of it. A great piece to admire on the wall AND/OR to take down and show off a couple of the Kingslayers moves to your friends!"

Just what I wanted
"The handle is a little less sturdy as people have commented on before. However, it is a beautiful piece and I could not have asked for a better replica. I love it!"

good but not great
"I just received my order today, it is a fantastic addition to my collection, but it's not as well built or sturdy as my ice, long claw or robe's sword, shame but still looks good on the wall."

Good but not great
"I've never ordered from Valyrian Steel before, so I didn't know what to expect when I ordered this sword. It arrived the other day, and overall I'm pleased with it, but this piece could be better. The construction of the sword is a little shoddy: the blade does not fit into the hilt as good as it should; the hilt, crossguard and pommel are desperate pieces cut in half and glued together with very obvious seams running down the sides of each piece; the paint job on the various details of the hilt is also messy, with paint edges not clearly defined, and even missing in some parts, though admittedly, one would have to look for those details to notice. One good thing I can say about this sword is the weight and balance. I study German Longsword fencing, so naturally, I played around with this a little bit. Despite being a display piece, the sword's weight is very light (2-3 lb) and the balance is quite nice as well. Most display swords tend to be on the heavy side with little to no regard for weight distribution, so that was a nice surprise. It should be noted that this is NOT a sword that will hold up to any amount of sparring, even if you're just looking to good off with a friend for a few seconds with some light motions. This is not an Albion. Keep this sword on your wall. All in all, this is a decent sword made better by the gorgeous design work of the TV show's artists. The sword will impress people and look great hanging on a wall, but will NOT hold up to closer inspection of admiring eyes. That being said, I think this sword is too expensive; $100-175 is a more reasonable price, but I guess the price of licensing is what makes this nearly $300. I do hope that Valyrian releases a scabbard for this sword; it'd make a great addition to a cosplay outfit."

Its acceptable
"From a few feet away it\'s great. In hand it rattles. Lotta wiggle where the handle and crossguard meet. The gripped section of the hilt has whatever adhesive they used smeared about, very sloppy. All in all, you\'re paying for a mirror polished blade and hbo stamp. I\'d like more VS products, but this makes me hesitant."

My least favorite
"I have bought 4 swords, 1 scabbard and the dragon glass. This sword feels and looks a little cheap. The pommel feels and looks like it's made of plastic.I know it's 'faux ivory' but not a great replication of ivory. All the other products I've bought are of high quality and I'd recommend them."
