"If you had any doubts about buying this beauty of a sword, you can forget about them right now. This sword is monstrous and is worth every single penny. The workmanship is flawless, and this is coming from a perfectionist. The picture above doesn't do this gem justice."

"This is one massive, sturdy, well made sword. Easily one of my favorite swords, not just GoT but overall. Incredible work Valyrian Steel."

"This is an amazing sword!I just got mine and it is well worth the price! I was a little worried that I was going to have "Buyers Remorse", but I don't regret this decision one bit. This exceeds all my expectations. The ridiculous amount of detail makes this sword STUNNING.
Thank you Valyrian Steel! I will definitely be purchasing here again."

"I received my new HBO Game of Thrones Damascus Ice sword this week and I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase! I also own the book version of Ice in Damascus steel, but I think this one surpasses it in my estimation (no mean feat!). I would highly recommend this sword to anyone interested in such things. I would also recommend this version as the Damascus steel patterning on the blade is simply wondrous to behold. Winter has come, and I could not be happier!!!"

"Somehow I was able to smuggle Ice from the filthy Lannisters. I am charged with caring for her until a Stark can sit on the Throne of the North once again. All is not lost!
Seriously, this thing is a beast and very well made. Number 108, and it sits proudly next to my Book Ice, ever stalwart, ever vigilant, protecting Westeros since the time of the First Men."

"As expected from Valyrian Steel this is a quality piece, as it should be for the price. If you have any concerns at all about the size carefully consider the dimensions before you order it. I'm 6'2" and this nearly comes up to my chin! Well, about five inches short of that, but I doubt anyone is going to lug this around their favorite Ren Faire. The cross-guard is a full 17" long. Still, it's beautiful and a terrific addition to any collection."

"I got my Ice sword of Eddard Stark Damascus today, Firstly I stared at the box for like half an hour with a big grin on my face. Then I took a sneak peek inside to see if all was in order and I was like even more shocked to find the sword I purchased was the best sword I ever got in my life or have owned in fact. This thing is unbelievably amazing. I would like to give a 10/10 to Valyrian Steel for making such a cool sword. I will get a custom case built for this baby."

"I received my damascus ICE yesterday and was in such awe of this sword I needed to post a comment. Well done Valyrian. The sword is extremely sturdy and the workmanship is phenomenal. This was my first damascus sword and it definitely will not be my last."

"Looks amazing and feels solid. I feel this purchase was well worth. Now I am just waiting for my Longclaw to ship and to see what the future holds."

"This sword is astonishing. It takes only a few short sentences to justly sing its praises. The Damascus steel is a work of art, as is the sword's construction. It is much larger and heavier than I imagined, so be aware that this sword could certainly, if sharpened, behead Black Watch deserters, though don't depend on it for home defense; it is way to long and heavy to swing indoors, which would be utterly stupid to do. I thought I was getting something cool for my wall like Sheldon on The Big Bang Theory (Longclaw), but this model is about a foot longer. My only complaint is that a properly designed sword like this would probably have deeper and wider grooves to lighten it for combat use, but since it will and should never be used for that, it stands as a great work of craftsmanship. Again, I have always loved nice Damascus steel, and this sword is just stunning."

"Another great prop from VS, you guys know how to make swords... Out of all the Swords i have so far from VS (HBO Longclaw Damascus, Robb Stark's Sword)This is by far the most amazing, not one flaw can I find with this sword (not that there were any flaws in the others). This just goes to show how big Sean Bean must be to wield this monster, the weight of this sucker is so full on. The hardwood handle is lovely and the brass ends just finish it well. The pattern that the Damascus has in the Patina is the best I've seen so far. 10/10 great work VS.
Cheers From Australia"

"I'm a first time buyer, and no doubt when I bought this sword did I pick a great one to start off with, It's a very well made piece of work, and I love the patterns that the Damascus gives off, it really does give off the impression of Valyrian Steel. It's a lot heavier than I thought it'd be but it makes it really satisfying to hold, soon enough it'll be a piece to add to my wall, #328."

"got number #324 ..So beautiful that Damascus steel is perfect on such a massive blade is ultra eye catching . It makes my Longclaw look like a little kids sword as they hang side by side haha"

"This sword really is a beast and there isn't another out there like it! If you are thinking of buying Ice, pay the extra for the Damascus edition as it really is worth it! The detail is beautiful and I can't flaw it in any way. 10/10"

"When I first ordered this, despite having seen it in the HBO series, I wondered if the design for the show truly would fit the book's description of being as tall as an adolescent Robb Stark, and with a blade as wide across as a man's hand. All doubts are quelled. The size of Ice is every bit as gigantic as one might suspect from the view in the show. It's simple but gigantic outline is very pleasing, and it truly does both the show's portrayal, and the book's description perfect justice. May all prospective buyers still be warned: Fictional Valyrian steel is much lighter than regular steel, while Damascus steel is far denser and heavier. Expect an absurd weight."

"This is a big brawny sword. I love it. Don't understand how it's not sold out yet."

"I have to say, I was on the fence on this sword for a LONNNGG TIME. $700 was just so much and the pictures on the site just made the sword look really plain and boring. WELL, I got it and DAMN WAS I WRONG. This sword is AMAZING. No regrets at all. I like it more than the Damascus Longclaw (HBO) sword that I have as well. Good job VS!"

"IT REALLY TIES THE ROOMS TOGETHER
"I own several replica swords from LOTR (Anduril, Glamdring, Sting) and GOT and this is by far my favorite piece. The Damascus blade is simply gorgeous and the woodwork and metalwork in the handle and pommel are breathtaking. When I have friends and family this is always the first thing they notice in my living room. I recommend a nice museum wax if you plan on displaying it for long periods of time, especially if you live in a humid area. A must have for anyone wishing to display their allegiance to the Starks of Winterfell.""

"I was lucky getting mine brand new considering I bought it in 2015, I would have thought they would have sold out everywhere but I am so glad I got this. It is stunning and I am looking forward to buying the book version of this sword off a friend!!!! :D"

"I recently upgraded from the carbon steel Ice to the Damascus steel version. And it is worth every penny. This must be how Tywin felt when he finally got a Valyrian steel sword for his house."

"I've never handled a sword even close to this. It's absolutely enormous, both the largest and best executed piece of Damascus steel I've ever seen. The triple fullers are a great detail, and the croassguard and pommel are flawless. The only gripe is that the wood grip is not perfectly flush with the pommel and guard, but I am the not the first owner of this piece, so it's possible humidity over the years changed the original dimensions. Some people have said this sword is "wobbly" but I don't get that at all. It's very solidly assembled."
